Does anyone else's mouth water when you’re scrolling through Pinterest or Instagram and all these amazing smoothie bowls are everywhere!?!  #IWANTONE 😍… So that’s exactly what I did, I made a super easy one with the minimal ingredients I had in my apartment.

If you like raspberries or coconuts (like me) you’re gonna love this! ☺️

Vegan, Gluten-Free and Refined Sugar-Free

Calories 198 per serving

10g Carbs 11g Protein 8g Sugar 8g Fibre

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 spoonful of Vega coconut almond protein powder
  • Handful of fresh raspberries
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 Unsweetened cashew milk 
  • 2 tbsp. Flaxseed
  • 3-4 ice cubes

 

Instructions 

  1. Blend together
  2. Top with coconut flakes, flaxseed, fresh strawberries or whatever you got girl!

 

Tip: I recommend letting the bowl sit in the fridge for 20 minutes after you've prepared it. This allow the consistency to thicken (flaxseed with do that) Also this protein powder can be found at most places in the single serving packets too! 

 

Ps: flaxseed is great for keeping the flow in your body moving, if you know what I mean! 😜
