The season of festive drinks continue! 😁I decided to make this one next because it’s a great choice if you want to have a variety of drinks, with minimal ingredients. Several of the same products are used in my prosecco punch. The only extra ingredients you'll need is a few limes and some vodka and you’re good to go!

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz. Smirnoff coconut, vanilla or plain vodka
  • ½ oz. Grand Marnier
  • 4 oz Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry juice
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • Shredded coconut flakes 
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Sugar free syrup 

Instructions 

  1. Chill martini glass with ice cubes and water
  2. In shaker glass add diet cranberry juice/ alcohol/ lime juice
  3. Add 5-7 ice cubes and shake vigorously
  4. Remove ice from martini glass
  5. Coat rim with syrup
  6. Dip rim of glass in coconut flakes
  7. Double strain into chilled martini glass
  8. Garnish with 5-6 floating cranberries 

Tip: A tea infuser works perfectly as a second strainer to eliminate the small ice cubes from getting into your martini.
